Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions
About Our Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions
Welcome to CleanliYes LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CleanliYes LLC website and your purchase, booking, or use of cleaning and related services provided by CleanliYes LLC (“CleanliYes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging CleanliYes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Our Services
CleanliYes provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, and other cleaning services agreed upon with the customer.
The specific scope of each cleaning is determined by the service selected, the information supplied by the customer, any written quote or service agreement, and any additional services agreed upon before or during the appointment.
Services not expressly included in the selected service or written quote may require an additional charge.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are starting prices or estimates unless expressly identified as a guaranteed fixed price.
Final pricing may depend on factors including property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property condition, service type, requested add-ons, frequency of service, accessibility, cleaning time required, and other circumstances affecting the scope of work.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service.
If the actual condition or scope of the property differs materially from the information provided at booking, CleanliYes may provide a revised price before performing additional work.
We will not intentionally perform material additional work resulting in additional charges without communicating the change to the customer or the customer's authorized representative when reasonably practicable.
3. Booking and Appointment Confirmation
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee an appointment.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after CleanliYes accepts the booking or sends the customer confirmation of the scheduled service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, property information, access instructions, and other information reasonably necessary to complete the service.
4. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms communicated at booking, on an invoice, or in a separate service agreement.
CleanliYes may require a valid payment method, deposit, authorization, or full or partial payment before service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for completed services is due upon completion.
Customers agree to pay all authorized charges associated with services they request.
Commercial clients may be subject to separate invoicing, payment schedules, contracts, or credit terms.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change.
Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments as early as reasonably possible.
CleanliYes reserves the right to establish and disclose cancellation or rescheduling fees applicable to particular bookings. Any applicable fee will be communicated during booking, in the booking confirmation, or in a separate service agreement.
If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot gain access to the property, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or lockout.
CleanliYes may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of severe weather, unsafe working conditions, emergencies, employee availability, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
6. Recurring Cleaning Services
Customers may choose recurring cleaning services on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or other agreed schedule.
Before a customer enrolls in any service involving automatic renewal or recurring automatic charges, CleanliYes will disclose the frequency of service, recurring price or method of determining the price, cancellation terms, and other material recurring-service terms and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Customers may cancel future recurring services according to the cancellation method communicated at enrollment and applicable law.
7. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service location.
Access may be provided through the customer's presence, building staff, keys, lockboxes, smart locks, door codes, or another method authorized by the customer.
By providing access instructions, the customer represents that they have authority to authorize CleanliYes and its personnel to enter the property.
CleanliYes will use reasonable care when handling keys, codes, and other access information.
8. Preparing for Your Cleaning
Customers should remove or secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, important documents, collectibles, fragile items, irreplaceable items, and other high-value personal property before service.
Customers should also disclose any surfaces, fixtures, furnishings, appliances, or belongings requiring special cleaning instructions.
Excessive clutter or conditions that materially interfere with cleaning may limit the services we can reasonably perform during the scheduled appointment.
9. Pets
We are happy to work in homes with pets.
Customers are responsible for securing pets when necessary to allow our team to work safely and efficiently.
CleanliYes is not responsible for pets that escape, become injured, or otherwise encounter an incident where the customer failed to appropriately secure or control the animal, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers must notify us before service of animals that may display aggressive, territorial, or unpredictable behavior.
10. Safety and Right to Refuse Service
The safety of our customers and cleaning professionals is a priority.
CleanliYes reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule service where we reasonably determine that conditions present a health or safety risk.
Examples may include aggressive animals, hazardous materials, exposed needles, weapons, severe pest infestations, dangerous structural conditions, human or animal waste beyond the agreed scope, active criminal activity, harassment, threats, or other unsafe circumstances.
Certain hazardous or specialized cleaning situations may require appropriately trained or licensed specialty providers and may fall outside our services.
11. Cleaning Results and Pre-Existing Conditions
CleanliYes strives to deliver high-quality professional cleaning; however, we cannot guarantee that every stain, discoloration, buildup, odor, mark, mold condition, mineral deposit, or other condition can be completely removed.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing wear, scratches, deterioration, staining, discoloration, loose fixtures, damaged finishes, or other conditions previously obscured by dirt or buildup.
CleanliYes is not responsible for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by pre-existing defects or deterioration.
12. Damage and Breakage
Our cleaning professionals are expected to exercise reasonable care while working in your property.
If you believe CleanliYes caused damage during service, please notify us promptly and provide photographs or other information reasonably necessary for us to investigate the matter.
CleanliYes reserves the right to inspect the alleged damage and, when appropriate, determine a reasonable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, reimbursement, insurance handling, or another mutually acceptable remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Customer-Supplied Products or Equipment
If a customer requests that CleanliYes use a cleaning product, chemical, tool, or equipment supplied or specifically directed by the customer, the customer assumes the risks reasonably associated with that requested product or method except to the extent caused by CleanliYes's negligence or otherwise prohibited by law.
Customers should disclose manufacturer instructions or known restrictions associated with specialty surfaces or products.
14. Satisfaction Concerns
We want customers to be satisfied with the service they receive.
If something within the agreed cleaning scope was missed or was not completed satisfactorily, please contact CleanliYes as soon as reasonably possible after the cleaning.
We may request photographs or additional information and, when appropriate, may offer corrective service or another reasonable resolution.
A request for corrective service does not automatically entitle a customer to a full refund.
15. Service Personnel
CleanliYes may provide services through employees, team members, contractors, subcontractors, or other authorized service personnel as permitted by applicable law and contractual requirements.
Customers agree not to knowingly circumvent CleanliYes's booking system for the purpose of directly engaging CleanliYes personnel for services initially introduced or arranged through CleanliYes where a separate written agreement lawfully restricts such conduct.
16. Commercial Services
Commercial, office, property-management, post-construction, and other business services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, purchase order, service agreement, or contract.
Where a separately signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement will control with respect to the conflicting provision.
17. Website Use
Content appearing on the CleanliYes website—including our branding, written materials, graphics, service descriptions, photographs owned by CleanliYes, logos, and other original content—may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.
Customers may use the website for legitimate purposes related to learning about, requesting, purchasing, or managing CleanliYes services.
18. Third-Party Services
Our website or business operations may use or link to third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, communications, reviews, maps, or other business functions.
Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
CleanliYes is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms except to the extent required by applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleanliYes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
For claims arising from a particular cleaning service, any limitation of CleanliYes's liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
CleanliYes will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, building restrictions, utility failures, government actions, emergencies, natural disasters, or similar events.
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to communicate with affected customers and reschedule service.
21. Communications
By providing your telephone number or email address, you authorize CleanliYes to contact you regarding quote requests, appointments, service updates, invoices, customer-service matters, and other transactional communications related to your relationship with CleanliYes.
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.
22. Privacy
Information submitted through our website is handled according to the CleanliYes Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute concerning these Terms or CleanliYes services will be subject to applicable federal, New York State, and local law.
24. Changes to These Terms
CleanliYes may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.
The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter contractual rights or obligations where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
